Flow WaterJet

Our state of the art machine shop is home to not only lapping and grinding machines, but our Flow WaterJet CNC as well. This machines can easily cut materials from carbon fiber to stone and is an asset in many projects.

Machining Area 9.5’L x 6’W
Tolerances +/- .005”

Machine leaves a .005” -.01” taper on the edge of parts. Parts that require 90 degree edging will require secondary machining.

Can handle materials up to 2” thick, such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastic, rubber, and granite.

Birmingham Lathe

We have a Birmingham YCL -1340GH lathe on hand that is able of the following:

- Up to 6” diameter
- Up to 32” long between centers
- Can machine longer parts if the diameter doesnt exceed 1.5”

CNC Two Axis Milling Machines

We have two CNC two axis milling machines that are capable of the following:

Machine Travel Limits Z Axis (Spindle) - 4.24”
X Axis - 24”
Y Axis - 15”

Tolerances +/- .0005”
