What is Lapping?

Lapping is a machining process in which two surfaces are rubbed together with an abrasive between them. This process is the removal of material to achieve parallelism, tolerance thickness, flatness, and finishing.

We can lap numerous different materials such as iron, steel, other metals, and plastic. We have 25 free abrasive lapping machines, a roll lapper, and planetary lapper to complete your projects in a timely manner.
